A stable exhaust system is crucial for performance, efficiency and thermal stability throughout the entire powertrain. As engine power increases, so do the thermal and flow-related stresses in the exhaust system. Our solutions are based on a detailed analysis of exhaust flow, back pressure and temperature profiles. Rather than isolated components, we develop integrated exhaust concepts that specifically optimise turbine inflow and exhaust gas discharge – ensuring stable temperatures, consistent performance and long-term system reliability.
Catalysts

Performance-optimised exhaust after-treatment

Improved exhaust gas flow with optimised efficiency.

Sports catalysts reduce exhaust back pressure and improve gas flow in the exhaust system without completely eliminating exhaust after-treatment. This boosts engine performance and improves responsiveness.
In addition, software adjustments for catalyst diagnostics are integrated to ensure fault-free operation in conjunction with the engine management system.

Downpipe

Reduced exhaust back pressure for maximum efficiency

Maximum exhaust flow for maximum power output.

The downpipe without a catalytic converter reduces exhaust back pressure to a minimum and enables particularly efficient exhaust gas flow directly after the turbocharger. This improves turbine inflow, reduces thermal stress and supports faster boost pressure build-up.
The installation includes the necessary software adjustments to the catalytic converter diagnostics for optimal integration into the engine management system.
