Perfection starts after delivery
Technical after-sales support at system level
Analysis, adjustment and correction of vehicle functions following production or software changes.
The after-sales division provides technical services to ensure correct system operation during ongoing vehicle use. This includes the analysis of malfunctions, the adaptation of control unit functions and the targeted correction of diagnostic and operational logic. All measures are vehicle-specific and carried out within the existing ECU and CPC architecture.
Deactivation of Half-Cylinder Mode (HCM)
Permanent operation in full-cylinder mode without automatic cylinder deactivation.
This modification deactivates the standard half-engine mode, in which the engine operates with only eight cylinders depending on the load. The engine remains permanently in full-cylinder mode. The implementation is carried out via software within the existing engine management system and takes into account all standard protection and monitoring functions. No mechanical modifications are made.
Modification of diagnostic functions in CPC and ECU systems
Adaptation and calibration of on-board diagnostic and monitoring logic.
This service involves the targeted modification of diagnostic functions in CPC and ECU control units. This includes, amongst other things, monitoring of thermostats, temperature and pressure sensors, lambda sensors, catalytic converters, as well as exhaust after-treatment systems and filters. The aim is to adapt the diagnostic and plausibility logic to changed operating conditions or vehicle configurations. The modifications are carried out in accordance with the system and are vehicle-specific.
Analysis and troubleshooting of misfires
Systematic investigation of ignition faults under specific operating conditions.
The service includes the analysis and rectification of ignition faults that occur, for example, during cold starts or at maximum acceleration. Relevant measurement values, fault memory entries and operating conditions are evaluated. Based on the analysis, targeted hardware and software adjustments or corrections are made to eliminate the cause of the ignition fault. Implementation takes place within the existing system architecture.
Technical issues resolved. Implemented in accordance with the system requirements.
After-sales services require precise analysis and transparent interventions.
Every after-sales enquiry is technically reviewed and assessed on the basis of the existing vehicle configuration. Adjustments and corrections are documented, vehicle-specific and take into account all relevant safety and monitoring functions. The focus is on clean implementation without any adverse effects on the overall system.
