Performance upgrade Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO C192

707 PS (+95 PS) on production hardware with vehicle-specific Lambda‑GT calibration

From 612 to 707 PS. Power for sustained load, not for a single run.

Lambda‑GT develops the GT 63 PRO from 612 to 707 PS on its production hardware.

The GT 63 PRO is the sharpest model in the range: cooling, aerodynamics and chassis are designed for sustained load from the factory. That is exactly what the calibration targets – power that is available in the same form on the third or fourth fast lap. Lambda‑GT presents further stages under Performance packages.

Power delivery

95 PS more for the GT 63 PRO – across a broad, usable rev range.

The higher the standard output, the smaller the remaining window and the more precise the calibration has to be.

Boost pressure, cylinder charge and ignition timing are calibrated so that the gain is available across a broad rev range and the reserve the factory built in for sustained load is preserved. The aim: even torque delivery and predictable behaviour on corner exit.

Calibration

Individual Calibration: tailored to the specific GT 63 PRO.

A special model cannot be represented by the dataset of another model in the range.

The GT 63 PRO differs from the GT 63 in standard output, cooling package, aerodynamics and software version. Lambda‑GT reads out the data version of the engine control unit (Bosch MG1CP003) in the specific vehicle and calibrates on that basis, instead of transferring an application from another model.

Protective functions

The GT 63 PRO's standard protective functions are not deactivated for the additional power.

Knock control, exhaust gas temperature monitoring, component protection and limp-home strategies remain part of the engine management.

In a track-oriented car, component protection and temperature monitoring are part of the performance, not its opponent. The additional power is calibrated so that it remains available within the intended operating limits.

Data status & release

Developed, tested and documented – for the GT 63 PRO.

Lambda‑GT develops a coordinated calibration base for the GT 63 PRO and adapts it to the data version of the specific vehicle.

Changes are developed against defined targets for performance, driveability and thermal behaviour, verified by measurement and documented. The GT 63 PRO adds one more target: power must remain stable over an extended full-load phase.

Engineering Validation

The calibration is not released after a single power run.

In addition to the acceptance drive and power measurement, Lambda‑GT evaluates the behaviour over several consecutive full-load cycles.

The test checks whether boost pressure, temperatures and torque delivery stay within the intended range – the way the GT 63 PRO is used on track.

Dyno Verified

707 PS are measured on the specific vehicle – not taken from a data sheet.

Every GT 63 PRO calibrated by Lambda‑GT is measured on the in-house dyno after calibration.

The customer receives the certificate for their vehicle. With a model built in small numbers, no value carried over from experience replaces this individual measurement.

Enquiry

707 PS for the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO – individually calibrated, validated and measured on the dyno.

The Lambda‑GT calibration for the GT 63 PRO combines the performance upgrade on production hardware with vehicle-specific calibration, technical validation and documented power measurement.

The calibration can also be extended with further functions or performance components – such as adjustments to start-up and idle behaviour, defined sound functions or additional performance parts, integrated into the overall calibration. Examples can be found under Real vehicle projects and Personalised vehicle configurations.
